MY FAVOURITE PLANT-BASED RESTAURANTS 2023

選舉於 2023 年 12 月至 2024 年 1 月舉行，分為六個部分：

「我最喜愛的素食餐廳」：按「整體質素」（食物、環境及服務）選出的十間素食餐廳
「最好味素食餐廳」：按「食物質素」選出的一間素食餐廳
「最舒適素食餐廳」：按「環境質素」選出的一間素食餐廳
「最友善素食餐廳」：按「服務質素」選出的一間素食餐廳
「最甜美純素小店」：按「整體質素」（食物、環境及服務）選出的一間純素甜品小店／網店
「最驚喜非素食餐廳」：按「素食質素」選出的一間「非素食餐廳」

一如前三年，選舉並非要比甚麼高下，十大以外的很多餐廳也十分出色有特色，部分選舉結果亦跟車非常之貼。

選舉只是想將大家特別喜愛的餐廳公諸於世，表揚他們之餘，同時為有意嘗試不吃動物的朋友提供一些參考。須知在香港經營素食餐廳並不容易，縱使很多波士都有心有力，但心力始終也是有限的。這個 2023，又有不少素食餐廳結業了。

希望大家身體力行多多支持香港的素食餐廳。自己多多幫襯又好，帶親朋戚友去開開眼界也好——每張鈔票，其實都是一張選票。

2019 年在深水埗開幕的香港素食小店，由兩位愛動物的普通人經營。希望從做好自己開始，讓素食、尊重自然和愛護動物成為普通的事。

Founded in Hong Kong in 2019, Years is a lifestyle brand that aims to provide a casual way for people to enjoy plant-based food while appreciating the simple beauty in life.

With five current restaurants in Hong Kong, Years continues to strive to draw inspirations and ideas from a wide spectrum of influences with the ultimate goal of spreading kindness while encouraging people of different walks of life to embrace a plant-based diet.

本原純素座落於中環的核心區域一所大廈的一樓，以推廣純素飲食為宗旨。餐廳提供並持續研發美味的多國料理，以東南亞菜式為中心，改變大眾對素食的刻板沉悶印象。著名菜式包括紅咖哩野菜天貝蒟蒻面、泰北咖喱雞腿金麵、韓式泡菜漢堡等。餐廳亦自行研發多種特飲，如芝麻燕麥奶、70% 朱古力薑汁燕麥奶等。餐廳以大落地玻璃設計，為餐廳引入大量光線，以簡約風設計為顧客提供舒適及休閒的用餐環境，適合情侶用餐和朋友聚會！

Root Vegan is located in the heart of Central on the first floor in a building. Our mission is to promote veganism through providing delicious fusion dishes, with a focus on South Asian dishes. The signature dishes are Red Curry Veggies & Tempeh with Konjac Noodle, Khao Soi (Northern Thai Curry Noodle with Chicken Drumsticks) and Korean Kimchi Burger. We also provide many interesting drinks—such as Sesame Oat Latte and Chocolate Ginger Oat Latte. Our cafe is bright and cozy, with a balcony and big windows. The simplistic design and uplifting music make it the best place for casual dining and friends gathering.

素悅軒 So Yuet Hin

小店位於荃灣一條毫不起眼的小巷內。店主自小隨父母移民新加坡，成年後，機緣巧合之下回流香港，帶給大家「新加坡 x 香港」的特色素食車仔麵。

人氣菜式有正宗新加坡純素喇沙湯底及肉骨茶湯底車仔麵，以及即叫即做香脆炸薯片。車仔麵紙上有多達 20 多種純素／蛋奶素之車仔餸供客人選擇，全店食品不含五辛。

The shop is located in an unremarkable alley in Tsuen Wan. The owner immigrated to Singapore with his parents when he was a child. He came back to Hong Kong by chance and brought everyone the special vegetarian cart noodles of "Singapore x Hong Kong".

Popular dishes include authentic Singaporean vegan laksa soup base, cart noodles in "bak kut teh" soup base, and crispy potato chips made to order. There are more than 20 kinds of vegan/vegetarian dishes for customers to choose from on the cart noodles. The food in the whole store does not contain five pungent vegetables (onions, garlic, chives, green onions and leeks).
